betpkr Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the betpkr website, creating an account, downloading the betpkr mobile app or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of betpkr regardless of how they access the platform — through a web browser, the mobile app or any other means.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside betpkr's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and betpkr. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

betpkr reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When material changes are made, betpkr will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of betpkr after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use betpkr, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. betpkr does not permit under-age gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be the person you claim to be — providing false identity information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are permitted to hold only one betpkr account. Multiple accounts per person are not allowed. If duplicate accounts are identified, betpkr may close all associated accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.
• You must not be a person who has self-excluded from betpkr or any related platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to re-register until the exclusion period has ended through the proper process.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapable by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to use betpkr.

betpkr may request identity verification documents at any time — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of an ongoing account review. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betpkr account login credentials. betpkr will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact betpkr support immediately.

All activity carried out using your betpkr login credentials — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. betpkr will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where that access was made possible by your failure to secure your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password for your betpkr account and do not share it with anyone.
• Log out after each session, particularly when using shared devices.
• Keep your registered email address and phone number up to date so that betpkr can reach you for account-related communications.
• Notify betpkr immediately if your registered mobile number or email address changes.
• Do not allow third parties to access or operate your betpkr account on your behalf.

betpkr reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that show signs of suspicious activity, multiple account creation, identity fraud or any behaviour that betpkr reasonably believes violates these terms. Where an account is closed for a breach of these terms, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Real-money funds will be returned subject to verification and review.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on betpkr are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betpkr does not apply currency conversion charges — what you deposit is what appears in your account balance, and what you request to withdraw is what gets processed, subject to any applicable fees disclosed at the time of the transaction.

betpkr supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users:

• JazzCash — Pakistan's most widely used mobile wallet, available for instant deposits and standard withdrawals.
• Easypaisa — Supported for deposits and withdrawals; processing times are typically within a few hours.
• Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system; supported for PKR transfers directly to and from your bank account.
• Bank Transfer — Direct bank-to-bank transfers in PKR. Processing times may be longer than mobile wallet methods.
• Debit and Credit Cards — Cards issued by Pakistani banks are accepted for deposits. Card withdrawal availability depends on the issuing bank.
• Mobile Wallets — Other supported mobile wallet options may be displayed at the time of deposit.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction. betpkr reserves the right to update these limits. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification checks. betpkr will not process withdrawals to payment methods different from those used for deposits unless specifically approved through the support process.

betpkr does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the registered account holder. Any funds identified as originating from third-party sources may be refunded and the account reviewed.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on betpkr are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed at the time of betting. By confirming a bet, you accept the odds and terms shown at that moment.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by betpkr's system, except where an in-play cash-out option is available and you choose to use it.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, odds significantly out of line with market rates due to a technical fault — betpkr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the account.
• betpkr reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts where unusual patterns are identified.
• Cricket markets, including PSL, T20 internationals and ODIs, are governed by the official match result as declared by the relevant cricket authority. Bets on abandoned matches or matches affected by weather are settled in accordance with betpkr's sport-specific rules.
• Football, esports and other sports markets are settled based on the official result at the end of normal play, unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• Casino games, fish games and bingo operate on certified random number generation. Game results are final and not subject to manual adjustment.
• Live betting odds are updated in real time and accepted at the odds displayed when the bet is confirmed. betpkr is not responsible for delays caused by your internet connection affecting the odds you see.

betpkr reserves the right to withhold winnings and suspend accounts pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of match fixing, insider information exploitation or any other form of sports fraud. betpkr cooperates with relevant authorities in such matters.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

betpkr offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any additional terms specific to the individual promotion as displayed on the Promotions page.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only.
• Only one welcome bonus per person, household, device or IP address is permitted. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through different accounts will be treated as a violation of these terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• betpkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Bonuses already credited to your account will not be withdrawn retroactively.
• Where betpkr identifies that a bonus has been claimed through misuse, exploitation of a technical error or in breach of these terms, betpkr reserves the right to remove the bonus and any associated winnings from the account.
• Bonus wagering requirements may specify which games or markets contribute towards the requirement. Sports betting, casino, fish games and bingo may each contribute differently — the contribution rate is stated in the individual promotion terms.

Promotions on betpkr are intended for recreational users. betpkr reserves the right to exclude accounts from bonus programmes if betting patterns suggest systematic bonus exploitation rather than recreational play.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betpkr. Accounts found to be engaged in any of these activities will be suspended, and betpkr reserves the right to forfeit funds and report the activity to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Creating more than one betpkr account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any technology to place bets or interact with betpkr systems in a way not available to standard users.
• Exploiting technical errors, incorrect odds or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through identified exploits may be voided.
• Systematic arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies intended to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, particularly in combination with promotional funds.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to make deposits or withdraw funds from betpkr.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, including using betpkr to process funds from illegal sources.
• Sharing account login credentials with third parties or allowing others to operate your betpkr account.
• Using VPNs or other technical methods to circumvent location-based restrictions or verification processes.

8 Responsible Gaming

betpkr is committed to ensuring that the platform remains a form of entertainment and does not become a source of financial harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users directly from account settings — no support ticket required:

• Deposit Limits — Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.

• betpkr collects registration information, transaction history, betting activity and device/browser data to operate the platform and verify your identity.
• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. betpkr may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and other service partners strictly for the purpose of operating the platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

• betpkr will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of betting opportunities during downtime.
• In all cases where betpkr is found liable, the maximum liability shall not exceed the amount held in your betpkr account balance at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not affect your statutory rights where applicable under Pakistani consumer law.

11 Changes to Terms

betpkr reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, betpkr will provide notice to registered users via:

• An email notification to your registered email address.

• An update to the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of betpkr following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
